VidiCrafter grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal and commercial video editing purposes, subject to these Terms.
- Free Tier: You may use the core editing features at no cost. Free tier includes watermark-free exports, basic effects, and timeline editing.
- Pro Tier: Premium features including AI narration, batch production, and advanced effects require a paid subscription.
3. User Content
You retain all ownership rights to the content you create, edit, or process using VidiCrafter. We do not claim ownership over your videos, audio, images, or other creative works.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.
4. AI Features
AI-powered features (script generation, TTS, smart crop, style transfer) are provided "as-is." Output generated by AI features:
- May not be unique or original β similar outputs may be generated for other users
- Should be reviewed and edited before publication
- Must comply with applicable laws and platform guidelines
- Are processed via third-party AI providers subject to their respective terms
5. Restrictions
You agree NOT to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
- Use the Software to create illegal, harmful, or infringing content
- Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the Software
- Use automated systems to abuse API rate limits or service quotas
6. Updates and Modifications
We may update the Software from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. Updates may be automatic. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIDICRAFTER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Software at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your license to use the Software ceases immediately.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which VidiCrafter operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Software or via email. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
